His writing credits include Vedham (2017) and Kallayi FM (2018). His direction-department work includes Matchbox, Shirk, Neeravam and Thuruth.
After completing a diploma at Southern Film Institute, Thiruvananthapuram in 1995–96, he worked with Balachandra Menon on Samantharangal, Krishna Gopalakrishna, De Ingottu Nokkiye and Njan Samvidhanam Cheyyum. Menon has been a mentor in his filmmaking journey.
Born on 5 January 1977, he is from Attingal in Kerala. His work spans stories, screenplay, dialogue, lyrics and the collaborative craft of filmmaking.
